I've checked with an Internet Explorer 10 and my version of CalDavMate
does indeed not work as expected.
I get these in the console:

 Error: [CalDAVnetLoadCollection: 'https://server/'] code: '401'

Yep.  I see the incompatibility with IE10.
I'm too less of a JavaScript person to be able to tell whether it's
possible to work around that behaviour.  Quickly asking Google hasn't
returned anything useful.
