That is the clue...

In config,js:

  var globalAccountSettings = [
    { href: 'http://davical.squirrel.nl/caldav.php/jv/',
      ...
      settingsAccount: true,
      ...
    }
  ];

I deleted the settings records from the database (using psql :)) and now
the problem is solved...

Is the setting of settingsAccount necessary? Useful?
